Integrating juicing into your lifestyle can help you reach optimal health, in addition to being fun and delicious!

Juicing allow you to packs loads of nutrients into one single glass or bottle. To begin juicing, first consider the flavor profiles you enjoy in your beverages. Do you like sour beverages, sweet beverages, or savory beverages? Select a starter food based off the flavors you enjoy. Good starter foods include apples and beets.

Once you’ve selected a starter ingredient, choose healthy add-ins that will complement the flavor of your base. Try blending different combinations of greens, herbs, and spices.

Turn on your juicer and feed the ingredients into your chute. Pour the pitcher of juice into a glass, stir evenly, and enjoy!
